Thousands of teens and adults with disabilities will be welcomed at proms worldwide all on a single night ahead of Valentine’s Day.

The events will be held this Friday at 800 churches located across 50 states and more than 60 countries as part of “Night to Shine,” an annual series of proms put on by the Tim Tebow Foundation.

The free proms are open to individuals with disabilities ages 14 and up. While each location is unique, all of them feature a red-carpet entrance with friendly paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, shoeshines, limousine rides, karaoke, dancing, a catered dinner and more.

Each host church offers a sensory room for individuals who need a break as well as a respite room for parents and caregivers. And, at the end of the night, all of the guests with disabilities are crowned king or queen of the prom.

The Tim Tebow Foundation provides support and resources, but host churches plan and put on each event, officials said.

Last year, more than 80,000 people participated in “Night to Shine” proms at 720 churches.

Tebow, a former NFL quarterback, started the event through his foundation in 2015 with 45 churches taking part.
